What have we learned from 40 years of partnering with clients? For Rick Cheatham, Partner and former BTS CMO, it comes down to something simple and powerful: “Our ability to listen, respect, and inspire people (clients) to do more than they thought they could.” Rick joined BTS after 11 years with Avery Dennison and went on to lead our sales and marketing practice from 2006 to 2019.
