During their sessions, they explored the next milestones in bta first travel's migration to the DERTOUR systems, reviewed the products, sales activities, and operational processes through interactive workshops, and discussed strategic direction for the future. Their discussions were driven by one common goal: delivering an even better experience for our customers and bta first travel. A special thank you to their guests, Natascha Kuhn and Yves-Alain Yersin, from the Lufthansa Group, for joining them and contributing to the discussions. It was an intensive, productive, and inspiring two days. Above all, they were a reminder that our greatest strength is our people and the team is king.
