One year ago, Nova-Yuying Li joined BSH as part of our Global Graduate Accelerator. Today, she is taking responsibility as a Brand Strategist for Siemens in China. During the GGA program, Nova gained the opportunity to rotate across multiple departments, including the Bosch Brand Team, Dishcare Operations projects, and Controlling. These experiences helped her build a comprehensive understanding of BSH and develop a truly cross-functional mindset. For Nova, the Global Graduate Accelerator was more than a learning journey; it was a transformation in how she approaches work: 🌱 A growth mindset, learning by doing 🧠An open mindset, connecting globally and embracing diverse perspectives 🤝 An ownership mindset, taking initiative and building leadership skills One of her proudest moments was organizing the final review meeting for the GGA business challenge, an experience that strengthened her coordination, collaboration, and confidence as a young, emerging leader.
