I had the pleasure to get interviewed by the medical newsletter Aerztezeitung. Topics were #COVID19’s impact on our business, digitalization and learning. I’d like to share my thoughts with you: 💡 It’s fair to say that the public perception of the pharmaceutical industry is biased by negative stereotypes. The pandemic has revealed to the public, that Healthcare companies are part of the solution, not of the problem. In my mind we are curious minds that are dedicated to human progress and who care for patients. 💡 To hold and manifest Germany’s strong position in the international healthcare market and to further ensure the availability of innovative medicines healthcare technology assessment should continue to build on scientific evidence, leverage real world data and adapt clinical practice as a learning system. It’s worthwhile to pursue a European approach for HTAs. 💡Working from home is effective when all stakeholders are part of the equation. If an employer doesn’t meet the needs for mobile working of the employees, the output gets worse. If our customer’s needs are not met, the motivation to collaborate lessens. Keeping all the pieces together was key for our business in 2020. 🤷‍♂️ Taking cool pictures of remote meetings isn’t easy. #Healthcare #Science #Technology
