This week, we proudly welcome PASTIFICIO ARTIGIANO CAV. GIUSEPPE COCCO into the Bruno Fine Foods portfolio, a partnership years in the making. Especially in foundational categories like pasta, we’ve become highly selective. We weren’t looking for mass produced or supermarket standard. We were looking for an artisanal producer whose pasta is cooked with intention, respected for its craft, and chosen by chefs and retailers who care deeply about story and quality. Three years ago, in Fara San Martino, Abruzzo, we met the Cocco family for the first time, a simple coffee and conversation beside the Verde River. What began as a chat about pasta quickly became a story of heritage, generational knowledge, and a commitment to doing one thing properly. Three things stood out: the people, the product, and the detail. It didn’t feel like a factory; it felt like a workshop. When we asked about capacity, their answer said everything: “Our capabilities are limited.” Not because they can’t grow, but because they won’t compromise. That was the moment we knew this was the right partnership. PASTIFICIO ARTIGIANO CAV. GIUSEPPE COCCO represents everything we value: tradition, restraint, and integrity. It’s an honour to bring their pasta to Australia’s leading chefs, restaurants, and specialty retailers. Welcome to Australia, Giuseppe Cocco.
