Our three night Osteria Da Bruno residency at Mortadeli Torquay was a strong outcome for everyone involved. Across the residency we served over 130 guests, sold out every service and saw an incredible turnout from the local community.   What made this activation special was the opportunity to truly transform the venue. Working closely with the Mortadeli team, we turned the space into an authentic Osteria da Bruno, complete with the Cortile da Bruno outdoor area on Friday night, creating an experience that felt cohesive, welcoming and unmistakably Bruno’s.   The response from guests made the effort worthwhile, and the team is genuinely proud of what we were able to achieve together. Huge thanks to chefs Beppe, Kristian and Frank for delivering each service with consistency and care, and to the Marketing and Partnerships teams whose work ensured strong attendance and supported the overall execution.   This is a great example of what’s most important to us; strong partnerships and collaborations with our customers, clear vision and a committed team coming together going beyond just delivery of food and beverages
