BRUNO PRESEZZI SPA ACQUIRES 100% OF NOVELIS PAE Bruno Presezzi S.p.A. announces the completion of the acquisition of the French company Novelis PAE, a transaction that is part of the Group's growth and industrial strengthening strategy. Following the closing, the company will take the name PAE Technologies. Novelis PAE, based in Voreppe (France), is a world leader in casthouse technology for aluminium and non-ferrous metals, specializing in the development of advanced solutions for liquid metal treatment and continuous casting of slabs, billets, and strips. The transaction represents a strategic step for both companies, with the aim of creating new development opportunities, strengthening their presence in their respective markets, and accelerating innovation.
