We are looking forward to Dag Harmsen’s talk at the annual ESM congress on Tuesday afternoon! Dag will share the latest developments for a user-friendly whole genome sequencing (WGS) data pipeline for the detection of 𝘔𝘺𝘤𝘰𝘣𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘪𝘶𝘮 𝘵𝘶𝘣𝘦𝘳𝘤𝘶𝘭𝘰𝘴𝘪𝘴 (TB) resistances. Dag will walk us through the evaluation of the implementation using a 91-strain dataset from Sierra Leone.   The integration of TBProfiler into Bruker's MBioSEQ Ridom Typer enables comprehensive processing of TB data from standard WGS sequencers, at the click of a button, with results stored in an intuitive database with robust searching, filtering and reporting capabilities.
