Navigating the path to the ‘Bruker Castle’? That’s exactly what we did at our internal 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 & 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 in Hamburg last week - mapping steps through the customer journey, step by step, all the way to the ‘Bruker Castle.’ Alongside productive workshops and great discussions, we strengthened our team spirit with karaoke and a bike tour across Hamburg’s landmarks - even through the old ‘Elbtunnel‘.  A perfect mix of strategy, learning, and team spirit.
