A brilliant long lunch at OTTO Sydney celebrating Pirie and the best of Tasmanian sparkling. In partnership with Denver & Liely, we brought together media, trade, consumers and friends of the brand for an afternoon centred around good food, great conversation and exceptional wine. Hosted by Tom Wallace, alongside Katherine Brown and Julien Marteau guests enjoyed a beautifully matched Italian menu from the OTTO team paired with the Pirie range, while hearing more about the winemaking philosophy, craftsmanship and Tasmanian provenance behind each release. There’s real momentum building around premium Australian sparkling wine, and it’s exciting to see Pirie continuing to earn its place in some of the country’s best restaurants and luxury hospitality venues. A big thank you to everyone who joined us, and to OTTO Sydney and Denver Cramer for helping bring the day together so seamlessly.
