Mantu Executive Chairman | Aonia Ventures Founder & Rise Chairman

When I was a kid, I wanted to be a baker.   Instead, I co-founded Amaris Consulting, which became Amaris Group, until Mantu was born. That was just 15 years ago. 15 years since we created Amaris Consulting to realise our vision of #consulting: consulting that puts the client at the center of the need with 360° service offer.   All the steps we have taken to get to this point have been marked by encounters and relationships, long-lasting  - or not so much, fruitful, challenging...all of them, regardless of their outcome, have contributed to building what Mantu is today.   Since the beginning, this adventure has been completely crazy. Today we continue to write Mantu’s story with more than 7000 talents around the world. Thanks to them, we are one of the fastest companies in economic history to have expanded to 60 countries.   For us, achieving this has meant 15 years of constant self-disruption, 15 years of #scaling at breakneck speed, 15 years of cultivating our internal growth. 15 years is the average life expectancy of a Fortune 500 company these days. But rest assured, Mantu is here to stay!   You have often heard me say that entrepreneurship is a human adventure. I stand by that. It is a human adventure in all the dimensions that this term covers, both professional and personal.   So thank you to those who are making this adventure happen, thank you to Jean-Francois THUNET, Etienne Cadre, Mark-Corentin COT-MAGNAS, Arnaud Brizzi, Federico Corsi, Caroline DECRE, Jean Pierre Hennion and Constance Névoret. Thanks also to all those who have joined the ship at each stage of our epic!   Thank you to my wife, whose presence at my side for 25 years has, I dare to hope, made me better every day. And finally, thank you to my children, who understand that this adventure is part of our life and who, I hope will see by my example that doing a job you love is a daily pleasure, whatever the challenges.   One last word: although I still hold bakers in high esteem, I do not regret having chosen a different path! #15yearsofamaris #happybirthday
