Developing tomorrow’s leaders – across borders and business units 🌍 Last week, the final module of our European Level 4 leadership development program for emerging leaders took place at our site in Coventry. The agenda focused on #changemanagement, #feedback, and shaping one’s personal vision. Interactive sessions, open discussions, and peer learning created a space for honest dialogue and fresh impulses. During a guided tour of the Coventry plant, participants experienced firsthand how strategy and leadership translate into daily operations.
