🌱 What does it take to lead sustainability transformation today? In the SuMO (Sustainability Management & Operations) program, I work with experienced professionals from all over the world who are asking bold questions: → How do I move from ambition to action? → How do I lead sustainability projects across functions, sites, and suppliers? → How can supply chains become levers for climate action? One of the highlights of this program - and one I get to be a part of with impact master Stephan Grabmeier 🙌 - is the Impact Project. This a chance for participants to bring a real-world challenge from their company or industry and develop a tangible solution, guided by faculty and peers.
