Thirty days doesn’t usually tell the whole story. But sometimes… they will tell you everything you need to know. One month ago, Ignite Medical Resorts planted roots in North Carolina. Since then, I’ve watched people step into new roles, embrace change, build trust, and rally around one shared purpose: delivering an exceptional experience for every guest and every family we serve. Success isn’t measured only by admissions, occupancy, or growth. It’s measured by teammates staying late to help one another. By leaders who lead with humility. By clinical teams who never compromise on care. By referral partners who believe in what we’re building. By the excitement that comes from knowing we’re creating something special. Being part of this journey has been incredibly rewarding, and I’m grateful to work alongside a team that refuses to settle for average. North Carolina… we’re just getting started.
