🦺 5,000 Days Without Workplace Accidents – Safety in Action at Assens 🦺 We reach an important milestone at BROEN Valve Technologies: 5,000 days without a workplace accident in our BROEN BALLOFIX® production in Assens. This achievement is not about luck. It is the result of a strong safety culture built on responsibility, awareness and care for one another every single day. Just a few weeks ago, the United Nations World Day for Safety and Health at Work reminded us that a safe and healthy working environment is a fundamental right, and a shared responsibility. Our milestone in Assens is a concrete example of what long‑term commitment to safety truly looks like in practice. Safety at BROEN means: ✅ You must not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs during working hours ✅ Think before you act ✅ Do not operate equipment without the necessary qualifications. ✅ Following clear safety rules and procedures ✅ Wearing the right PPE and respecting lifting guidelines ✅ Only use chemicals once you have obtained the proper instructions ✅ Keep your distance from forklifts ✅ Report hazards immediately – if you see it, you own it! Most importantly, it means understanding that safety is a shared responsibility. Productivity only has real value when everyone goes home safe and healthy.
