What our Purpose 8:28 Experience taught us about leadership Our Pioneering the Path day brought our retail leaders together to recharge, share wins, and refocus on what matters most heading into the busiest part of our year. We heard from Jon Acuff and Kristen Hadeed, who challenged and inspired us in all the right ways. Six of our retail leaders also led workshops with Memory Makers because some of the best lessons come from people walking the same path. 8:28 reminded us that leadership isn’t a destination. It’s a practice of growing, sharing, and helping others rise with you.
