It's rare to see culture work actually land in daily practice. I just did, in Zermatt. Two days at THE OMNIA. The first guests of the season had arrived while we worked on the next chapter of their culture work. New formats are in motion now: ⨠360-degree feedback across the hotel: leaders ask for input as actively as they give it ⨠Coffee Talks: short check-ins between leaders and their teams, feedback in the moment ⨠Strengths-based employee conversations: held after every season The principle underneath all of them: language shapes culture in every moment. It shows in word choice and in what leadership does when things get tight. It starts with the leadership team. They just spent dedicated time on their own vision and their own why. Without that ground, nothing else holds. The small things say it too. A welcome card from Christian was waiting in my room at check-in. Team members find their own when they move into their studio. Chocolate on the pillow included. Thank you to Christian Eckert, Anna Kurth and the entire team at THE OMNIA Mountain Lodge for these days, and for the trust to walk this path together. đ
