What an inspiring evening at the first Digital Service Award 2025 by KPMG, AIVITEX & Appinio in Cologne! ๐ŸŽ‰ It was fantastic to be there and see how top digital services are being celebrated โ€“ especially those that truly put people first. โค๏ธ I was particularly struck by how often the panel discussions highlighted that digital apps should help us focus on what truly matters in life. Think about ordering groceries via the REWE app and picking them up during your lunch break to save time, or the DM app helping families find the nearest changing station in a new city. As DM put it, they are constantly on the "search for moments of magic" โœจ โ€“ and these are exactly those moments that truly make a difference. This conversation feels especially crucial right now, with all the rapid AI developments, and shows where the real value lies. ๐Ÿ’ก A big shout-out to the top-tier jury! ๐Ÿ† They did an excellent job combining our Appinio end-customer survey results with their expert insights to find Germany's most popular B2C apps. I'm really proud of Appinio's central role in bringing the authentic voice of users into this award. ๐Ÿ“Š The networking on KPMG's rooftop terrace was amazing! ๐ŸŒ‡ It was a pleasure meeting great partners like Tobias Pingel & Tom Lurtz (KPMG), & Antonia Zock (AIVITEX), together with fellow Appioneer Marcel von Wรผrzen. ๐Ÿค Looking forward to many more exciting digital and market research insights! ๐Ÿš€
