Over 150 delegates. World-renowned speakers. A truly pan-London collaboration. The 12th International Undergraduate Cardiovascular & Cardiothoracic Conference (12th IUCCC) brought together students, clinicians, surgeons, and educators from across the UK and beyond for what became the largest undergraduate cardiovascular conference in the UK. Across two days, delegates engaged with cutting-edge discussions in cardiology and cardiothoracic surgery, immersive hands-on workshops, and invaluable networking opportunities with leaders in the field. This year’s theme, “Beyond Diagnosis: Exploring the Full Spectrum of Cardiac Care” reflected our ambition to push undergraduate cardiovascular education further than ever before. The conference featured a diverse and inspiring speaker lineup spanning cardiology, cardiothoracic surgery, research, and innovation, with contributions from leading clinicians and educators across the field. We were also proud to welcome our international partners, VECTOR Nederland, further strengthening the conference’s global and collaborative outlook! The success of the conference was only possible through months of work from an exceptional organising team, alongside the support of our speakers, partners, collaborators, and delegates who helped bring this vision to life.
