🔬 Targeting the innate immune system is emerging as a promising strategy in multiple sclerosis, particularly through shifting immune responses from inflammation to repair. This review highlights how monocyte subsets play distinct roles in disease progression, and how promoting a transition toward anti-inflammatory, repair-associated cells could support better outcomes.
