In a new open-access study in Discovery Immunology, Amy Ward, Oliver Bell, Luis Martínez Robles, Philippa Lait, Colin Chu, Dave Copland, Andrew Dick and Lindsay Nicholson from University of Bristol identify a pathogenic CD4⁺ T cell phenotype in experimental uveitis that shares key features with other immune-mediated inflammatory diseases.
