A huge shout out to Professor Lisa Hollins and Kate Griffiths who took the stage at #NHSConfedExpo in Manchester, sharing how outcome‑based, person‑centred models are already making a real difference across communities and the wider health system on Wednesday. They delivered such a compelling and impactful fireside session at an event attended by so many senior leaders across health and care. Their leadership and expertise helped to create meaningful discussions on how we can collectively improve outcomes and reduce inequalities. Our session sparked strong engagement, with thoughtful questions both during the Q&A and afterwards. It’s clear this topic is resonating with leaders who are actively looking for practical solutions to today’s system pressures. We explored how these approaches directly support the challenges NHS leaders are tackling right now - from rising demand and health inequalities to the need for more sustainable models of care. Importantly, we shared evidence and real‑world examples demonstrating how our services: - Improve health equity by addressing wider social determinants - Drive meaningful gains in patient activation and outcomes - Reduce emergency attendances, admissions and ambulance call‑outs sustainably - Enable more effective system transformation through collaboration, including partnerships with social impact investors Thank you to everyone who joined the session and contributed to the discussion. #NHSConfedExpo #NHS #HealthInnovation #PopulationHealth #HealthEquity #SystemTransformation
