Big news for our North America business. We are excited to welcome Chad Bruhn to Brink’s as our new Head of Commercial Excellence for North America.   Chad brings nearly 30 years of experience driving growth, leading transformation, and building high-performing teams across financial services and technology. Most recently at Capital One, he elevated customer experience to #1 in peer rankings while delivering strong operational and financial results. Before that, he led a $1.5B banking business at NCR—driving a transformation toward software, services, and subscription-based solutions while accelerating growth and profitability.   At Brink’s, he’ll help us continue our shift to integrated, solution-based selling across Cash Logistics, Digital Retail Solutions, and ATM Managed Services—strengthening how we deliver value to our customers.
