This quarter, our Executive team stepped out of the boardroom and into our residential age care sites — not to observe, but to be part of the day-to-day. Across Brightwater, they rolled up their sleeves alongside our teams. Setting up dining rooms, supporting meal service, folding laundry, preparing trays, and most importantly, spending time connecting with residents. What we saw was simple, but powerful. Because connection isn't something you track on a dashboard, and understanding doesn't come from a report. It comes from being there. These visits deepened the Execs understanding of frontline realities, strengthened their connection to our people, and reinforced the purpose behind the work we do every day. And for our teams on site, it mattered. Presence matters. Being seen matters. Coming together matters.
