We're happy to share that Alexandra Boboc, co-founder and Managing Partner of Squill - Creative Staffing, is joining Bridging Gaps as a pro-bono mentor. Over the years, Alexandra has worked closely with founders, executives and individual contributors, navigating everything from complex hiring decisions and scaling challenges to the realities of building teams and businesses in competitive markets. Building her own business gave Alexandra firsthand experience with the less visible side of entrepreneurship: uncertainty, resilience, difficult decisions, operational chaos and the pressure of constantly balancing growth, stability and long-term vision. It also shaped her belief that simplicity and clarity are often underestimated competitive advantages. Through mentorship, she hopes to create a space for honest conversations, shared perspectives and mutual learning around hiring, leadership, entrepreneurship and career growth.
