It's our pleasure to welcome Catrinel Dumitru, Founder-to-Leader Coach, to Bridging Gaps as a pro-bono mentor. Catrinel blends consulting, fundraising and comms, all for founder-led companies. She has raised capital for a Romanian tech company on the Bucharest Stock Exchange, built and led teams, and is currently part of a startup herself. For the past four years, she has worked with founders making the shift from expert and operator to CEO, focusing on three areas: people, processes and leadership presence. She knows what it costs a founder, in clarity, confidence and growth, to stay in operator mode too long, and what becomes possible when they finally step out of it.
