📊 In2MedSchool Impact Report 2024–2025 Support Students. Change Systems. I’m incredibly proud to share In2MedSchool’s Impact Report for the 2024-2025 academic year. This 12-month period marked a period of consolidation, growth and strategic development as we strengthened our infrastructure, safeguarding processes and data collection to deliver more sustainable, evidence-informed widening participation work across the UK. Here are just some highlights from the report: 🔹 3,000+ students reached across our programmes 🔹 1,156 mentor–mentee pairs matched nationwide 🔹 105 school visits delivered, engaging 2,668 students and travelling 3,394 miles 🔹 1,000+ attendees at our Summer UCAT Series 🔹 300+ teaching hours delivered through the Acceleration Programme 🔹 100+ confirmed work experience placements Beyond the numbers, this report reflects something even more powerful: students growing in confidence, mentees becoming mentors, and a community working collectively to address the stark inequalities in medical school access — where students from the lowest socio-economic backgrounds still make up only 5% of entrants. As Founder & Chair of Trustees, it has been a privilege to witness the organisation mature — introducing Chief Officer roles, strengthening safeguarding systems, expanding geographically, and embedding research and evaluation into our work. This is long-term change. It requires resilience, collaboration and belief in the students we serve.
