Thankful Thursday ~ I imagine most people haven’t heard of Raymond Zinn. He is acclaimed as the longest serving CEO of Silicon Valley, having founded Micrel in 1978. He retired in 2015 after selling his company to Microchip Technology for $839M. Ray shares his insights and wisdom in 5-minute bursts on his daily podcast. He is an entrepreneur, inventor, author, and owner of 20 patents. I had the privilege of having dinner with Ray and his wife, Delotta, at their ranch in Montana in May of 2017. The #1 thing I took away from our dinner conversation is that you and I have a greater capacity than we typically realize to control the outcome of any situation we encounter in our lives.
