Recent events have exposed a harsh reality – racial inequality is a recurring issue, and it’s time we make a lasting and meaningful change. The murders of George Floyd, Breonna Taylor, and Ahmaud Arbery have ignited a fire within us across the country. They are just a small fraction of the long list of people whose lives mattered. Change must start now. We recognize we don’t have all the answers – which is why we have reached out to our Atlantic Bay family to help. We’re asking for their candid feedback, ideas, and concerns to help us continue the equality conversation. We will be thoughtfully digesting this information so that we may take action in a meaningful way.
