Development Manager @ Urban Atlantic | Project Execution, Infrastructure

It's hard to believe that last Friday was my last day with the Jair Lynch Real Estate Partners family. After 4.5 years God presented me with an opportunity to take my career to the next level by pursuing something near and dear to my heart. Once an engineer always an engineer and this new role with Urban Atlantic grants me the capacity to scratch that technical itch that I've been seeking but also stay close to real estate. I want to say thank you to the entire development team for bestowing countless lessons on me in terms of managing budgets, managing stakeholder’s expectations, but more importantly seeing the big picture. One of the greatest lessons that stuck with me was to make sure that you are building your dream, not theirs, wherever you may go. Thank you to those who took a chance on a kid at that time who had very little real estate experience outside of what a master’s degree could provide and created space for him to develop confidence and be an asset to this industry. Thank you to Jennifer Rademacher with The Maison Group | Real Estate Executive Search for facilitating the transition so seamlessly. From start to finish she was incredible. Lastly, thank you to Christopher Vernick, Alan Lederman and Vicki Davis for seeing the value in me as a professional and a teammate. I’m looking forward to being a catalyst to what we are building at Urban Atlantic horizontally and vertically.
