All of these are leadership styles are considered good. They're shared and promoted everyday on LinkedIn. Most good leaders will have a little bit of all of these, but have a dominant style that guides them. Curious if one is most desirable. Here's how I define them: Lead by example: "Wouldn't ask anyone to do something they wouldn't do." You have credibility with your team because you've done it before, occasionally right in front of them. Servant leader: Focused on serving customers and solving problems for the team. You're an expert at reducing friction and adjusting course to fit the needs of your people. Strategic and process oriented: You're a builder. You see the path to success clearly and you're focused on optimizing that path. Vision focused: You have a strong vision and communicate it clearly and often. Decisions are easy: everything is either in service of the vision or not. You have a knack for getting people fired up about the vision. Any great leadership styles missing? Add them in a comment.
