Green Belts and Black Belts: 16 colleagues from DACH have received their certifications at Brenntag’s ‘House of Elements’ in Essen as part of the global Brenntag Excellence program. Celebrating success is an essential part of embedding a culture of continuous improvement. That is why the Brenntag Excellence Team came together at the House of Elements in Essen to honor the certified colleagues for their outstanding dedication to continuous improvement. Kurt Kim welcomed the group and emphasized the importance and the impact every member of the community contributes. 13 Green Belts and 3 Black Belts have received their official DGQ certifications. The regional leadership, including Kahraman Simsek (General Manager Germany Mid), Benjamin Deister (Regional President Brenntag Essential EMEA Central) and Christian Hammer (Director Brenntag Excellence EMEA) honored each participant with a certificate, a Green Belt or respectively a Black Belt personalized with the name of the Black Belt and an Excellence pin, highlighting their valuable projects and personal commitment as “boots on the ground”.
