A strong #hydrogen week in Rotterdam @ World Hydrogen Summit & Exhibition At this year’s World Hydrogen Summit & Exhibition, we joined our partners from the HY-5 initiative at the German Pavilion, organised by Germany Trade & Invest (GTAI), to showcase Northern Germany’s growing hydrogen ecosystem. Together, the five northern German states are positioning the region as one of Europe’s leading hydrogen hubs – with more than 60 projects spanning infrastructure, industry, logistics, and international cooperation. For us at Bremeninvest, Rotterdam once again highlighted how important international exchange is for scaling the hydrogen economy. Over the course of the summit, we had valuable discussions with companies, delegations, and institutions from around the world and gained exciting new perspectives on future hydrogen developments. The event also offered a great opportunity to reconnect with long-standing partners from Japan – building on the close cooperation that has developed over recent years through mutual visits, trade fairs, and joint activities involving Bremen and the research and technology center ECOMAT. As part of HY-5, we are proud to contribute Bremen’s strengths in industry, ports, logistics, research, and innovation to this joint international effort. The cooperation within HY-5 clearly shows how much impact can be created when regions work together with a shared vision for the future of energy.
