It’s Volunteers’ Week and we want to say a huge thank you to the incredible volunteers who make Breaking Barriers’ work possible. From one-to-one career coaching and mentoring, to delivering workshops, language tuition and sharing industry insight, our volunteers play a vital role in supporting refugees to build their careers and lives in the UK. Whether helping people navigate unfamiliar recruitment practices, grow in confidence, or develop UK workplace knowledge, volunteers help break down barriers to employment and support refugees to find independence, belonging, and security. To every volunteer who gives their time, knowledge, encouragement, and care - thank you. Your contribution matters deeply.
