When purpose and enterprise go hand in hand, great things can happen. We see this each time one of our clients celebrates an achievement on their employment journey; often supported in the background by one of our progressive public-sector partners. We’re especially proud of our work in Manchester on the Refugee Welcome Programme. This pioneering model has helped nearly 300 sanctuary seekers and refugees access integration, ESOL and employment support from day one of arrival; shaping a more inclusive approach to public services.
