🏃‍♂️ It’s finally here! 🏃‍♂️ This Sunday, for the first time, Breaking Barriers will be a part of the iconic London Marathon. After months of gruelling training, Hui Jiang and Paul Greaves will take to the streets, bridges and parks of the UK’s capital to help refugees build new lives. And, after months of slightly less gruelling cheering practice, our team will be right there on the sidelines: tracking our two brave runners’ progress, and hollering as loud as we can when they run past! We’re so proud and grateful that Hui and Paul have chosen to take on this 26.2-mile challenge for Breaking Barriers. We’re also hugely grateful to everyone who’s supported their marathon efforts. Refugees have lost their homes, communities and livelihoods. They bring skills, talents, and astonishing resilience. Yet they are often denied a fair chance to find meaningful work.
