Eight clients. Eight weeks. And a lot to celebrate 🎉 Our CEO, Justin Irwin, and employment adviser, Fatih Celebi, recently joined Breaking Barriers’ clients and IKEA Manchester staff to celebrate the culmination of our latest customer services employment pathway.  The team heard from Kirsty Hine, People & Culture Manager at IKEA, and from clients who took part in the pathway, including an eight-week paid work placement. One client told the gathering: “It's been a great experience. It has helped me to progress my career and gave me confidence to speak and work with people.” Congratulations to all eight participants on completing the pathway and developing new skills, confidence and workplace experience. We’re very proud to announce that seven clients have gone on to secure permanent jobs with IKEA.
