Our building science isn’t driven by any single funder or agenda, the Levy protects that independence.   For nearly 60 years, the Building Research Levy Act has ensured we can balance commercial and government interests.   That balance is now at risk, with a government proposal to repeal the Act and give all the funding power to MBIE.
