The MBA is officially completed! Over the past 14 months at Ivey Business School at Western University, I have had the privilege of learning alongside an incredible group of people who not only challenged my thinking but also watched me grow personally and professionally. Completing the Master of Business Administration program while working full-time at RBC was demanding, but it was made possible by the constant support from mentors, classmates, friends and family. Halfway through the MBA, I made the move into RBC Capital Markets, joining the Global Credit team during a rotation that has since become a permanent role and a defining step in my professional journey. The highlight of the program for me was completing two consulting engagements, including a strategy project for Enel Chile and a growth and operations project for a leading QSR brand, applying classroom frameworks to real-world business challenges. Grateful for the experiences, the relationships, and the growth that came from this chapter. A heartfelt thank you to my family, friends, and colleagues for their constant encouragement throughout this journey. A special thanks to my mentors and professional guides: Edmond Tumenta , MBA, Lucie Begin, and Fatma Ismail, CPA, and Nicholas Shalagan for bringing such a great group together.
