One of the favorite parts of my business? Helping founders like Dani Baranowski reach their goals & change perceptions within a market. Building something from nothing is HARD. Watching the joy & fulfillment that comes from helping someone go from idea > reality never gets old. Training for selling booze has been around for a long time. If you worked in a bar or venue; you were likely taking SafeServe & having to understand the nuance & risk that comes with selling a intoxicating beverage. THC bevs are intoxicating & it's novel. Many (consumers included) are having their first experiences with the beverage in an on-premise setting. On-premise has so many different challenges & risks than buying something from a store & taking it home to consume. There is risk with over-consumption, driving from the venue, increasing order value for the owner, how to define tasting likes / MG effects, etc. This requires extensive knowledge that given the newness of the space is not readily available. The risk to the venue owner as well at the category is very real. If someone has a bad experience; they could get injured at worst; or turned off to the entire category & we lose a valuable consumer. Dani saw this & pounced on it. She's building a complete platform from scratch to solve this need & not only delivers a quality product but walks the walk in the industry on a daily basis.
