Brambles’ 2025 Annual General Meeting was held in Sydney yesterday. Chairman, John Mullen, reflected on our FY25 performance, which delivered strong outcomes for all stakeholders, and shared our strategy for building Brambles of the Future. At the AGM, shareholders confirmed the appointment of three Non-Executive Directors, Vik Bansal, Maxine Brenner and Tony Palmer, and the re-election of Kendra Banks and Jim Miller to our Board.
