Thanks for taking the time to share this list of WOW! team characteristics, Ayon Banerjee! 👏 This is the ideal work environment, and if you've ever experienced it, it drives an addiction to find (or build) another environment like that as the experience is so exciting and invigorating. As I'm reading the list, I couldn't help but think of Jack Welch's 4 E's - Energy, Energyize, Execute, and Edge. I found these themes consistently running through your traits of a WOW! team. Such an environment converts "I have to" to "I want to" - such a key emotional flip too many leaders miss when they're addressing the culture issues of their company. A great read - I recommend everyone take a few minutes to read and consider Ayon's list of traits of a WOW! team!
