Greeva Sanchalana (Neck Movements) • Helps relieve neck stiffness and improve flexibility. • Reduces tension in the neck and shoulder muscles. • Practice each movement 5 times on both sides. Gomukhasana Arms • Improves shoulder mobility and posture. • Stretches the chest and helps ease tightness in the upper body. • Hold the pose for 3–5 breaths on each side.
