Box Automate is already reshaping how enterprise teams work. Here is what early customers are building. Samsung Electronics is using Box Automate to transform employee onboarding. By processing documents from Greenhouse, Workday, and new hire files, extracting metadata, and feeding it into Box Doc Gen, they can generate personalized onboarding documents at scale and programmatically trigger task assignments across teams. Argonne National Laboratory is applying it to scientific publication workflows. Early results suggest Box Automate could cut publication entry times tenfold, reducing manual effort for researchers and support staff while routing content for the right approvals. Beyond these two, early adopters are using Box Automate to automate employee I-9 validation, invoice routing, insurance claims processing, vendor assessments, and contract approvals.
