🗞️ Here’s what you shouldn’t have missed this week at Bouygues Construction! 👉 Off to France! In Paris, the Hybrid project continues its transformation into a new urban neighborhood. On a former industrial site, Linkcity and Brownfields are developing a future three-hectare residential complex, which will feature 160 housing units, retail spaces, serviced apartments, amenities and green spaces. 4 new buildings are under construction on a 10,500 m² slab built above an operational bus terminal. https://lnkd.in/epmhdz-m 👉 In the heart of Paris, the 44 Petites-Écuries is regaining its former glory. After two years of construction, our teams at Bouygues Bâtiment Ile-de-France have completed this complex project, carried out on a cramped site, combining renovation and historic preservation. https://lnkd.in/eq-GqN8A 👉 In Grenoble, in south-eastern France, the groundbreaking ceremony was held for the renovation of the Tilleuls residence. Ten months of construction work are planned to permanently improve residents’ comfort and the building’s energy efficiency. The work will be carried out by our teams at Bouygues Bâtiment Sud-Est. https://lnkd.in/eh_ctM2C 👉 Back near Paris, where a technical challenge has been overcome at the Drancy-Bobigny station of the Grand Paris Express project. The civil engineering teams of the Groupement IRIS consortium, led by Bouygues Travaux Publics, carried out a groundbreaking operation by pouring 1,140 m³ of concrete in a single day, the equivalent of 152 concrete mixer trucks. https://lnkd.in/eg-Bd2_v 👉 Finally, in Beaupréau-en-Mauges, in north-western France, the roof-raising ceremony was held for the expansion of the CHAUVAT PORTES factory. The project, carried out by Bouygues Bâtiment Industrie with the support of our local teams from Bouygues Bâtiment Grand Ouest, involves the construction of a new 32,500 m² industrial facility for France’s leading manufacturer of interior doors. https://lnkd.in/eUG3yYCP See you next week! 👋 #BuildingForLife #news #construction
