Engineering beyond components. Delivering solutions. As One. A successful Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) is more than a project milestone. It is the result of engineering expertise, close collaboration, and a shared commitment to delivering the right solution. This project is a great example of what can be achieved As One. Bosch Rexroth Indonesia engineered and built a diesel-driven Hydraulic Power Unit (HPU) to power a pipe cutting machine developed by PT Ekatama Putra Perkasa (Ekatama Group), supporting an application in the natural gas industry. Rather than supplying an off-the-shelf hydraulic package, the solution was engineered specifically to meet the machine's operational requirements—demonstrating the value of local engineering in delivering application-specific hydraulic solutions. The Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) was conducted at Ekatama's workshop in Cileungsi, with the customer witnessing the performance verification before delivery. The machine has since been mobilized to a city in East Java for on-site trials at the customer's pipe manufacturing facility. For machine builders, choosing the right technology partner is about more than components. It is about engineering support, application know-how, and the ability to work side by side—from concept and design through testing and commissioning.
