🎥 Two days ago, the Hessian news program "hessenschau" visited our Bosch Home Comfort Group site in Eibelshausen as part of a report on the current economic situation in the state of Hesse. The segment presented our site as an example of successful industrial transformation in Hesse.   🏭 Our Eibelshausen site looks back on more than 400 years of industrial history. What started in 1613 with a charcoal furnace and raw iron production evolved into stoves and stove plates and, since the 1970s, hot water and drinking water storage tanks. Since the early 2020s, our Eibelshausen teams have also been assembling indoor heat pump units on a dedicated production line.   🤝 As our site manager Florian Oberle emphasizes in the report, this transformation is only possible with dedicated employees. We focus on providing information and training, as well as our own apprenticeship programs, so our workforce can prepare for new tasks. Meanwhile, we continue to invest in modern production technologies and efficiency improvements at the site. With heat pumps as a key technology and the continuous innovation and willingness of our teams to learn and adapt, our site can support a robust industrial base in Hesse and contribute to the energy transition.   ▶️ Curious to see more?
