The Bosch Home Comfort Group completes the largest acquisition in Bosch’s history, doubling our footprint in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) to create a Climate Comfort Champion!    We have successfully completed the acquisition of the residential and light commercial HVAC business from Johnson Controls including and the Johnson Controls-Hitachi Air Conditioning joint venture. This strategic move, valued at 7.billion €, is a game-changer, positioning us as one of the largest global companies in the HVAC market for residential and light commercial applications.    In a world of rising demand for energy efficiency and sustainable living, the HVAC market is growing fast – driven by, for example, urbanization, electrification, and climate-conscious consumers.
