🌎 Moving forward as one global team 🤝 Through our strategic landmark acquisition last summer, the plant in Norman, Oklahoma, joined the Bosch Home Comfort Group as an important new location. To foster direct connection and open dialogue, our Regional President Americas, David Budzinski, recently welcomed other members of our Global Executive Board—Jan Brockmann, Birte Lübbert, Oliver Koukal, Nora Klug, and Stephan Lampel—to the site to engage directly with the team to discuss progress and the journey ahead. The Norman plant, with its nearly 1,500 colleagues and its focus on the commercial market, plays a crucial role in our North American growth strategy. 🗣️ The visit featured both a Factory Tour and Town Hall with the local team. The tour walked leadership through the daily work of delivering for customers. At the Town Hall, the board shared their perspectives on Bosch Home Comfort Group globally and the critical role Norman has in supporting growth for the Americas region. 💬 David Budzinski summarized the impression of the entire board challenging the team to: “Continue your unwavering commitment to safety, quality, and productivity.” This visit was an opportunity to see the strength and dedication of the team in Norman, and we extend our sincere thanks for the warm welcome.
