Today, we introduce Jonas Walther, Team Leader for Manufacturing Technology in Wernau, Germany. Jonas is the innovative mind driving our production forward by making our manufacturing technology smarter and far more efficient. 🤖 Jonas leads a team of ten that develops high-level automation solutions. One of his key initiatives is "Mindful Automation," which focuses on achieving significant efficiency gains with minimal investment. This approach proves that creative thinking and in-house expertise can lead to cost-competitive products. 💡 His current masterpiece is the new "Automated Team Line" for gas boilers. Launching this year, this highly efficient assembly line uses lightweight robots and in-house software to achieve ultra-fast cycle times. It is projected to boost production output to 600 boilers per shift, delivering a remarkable 27 percent productivity increase. 🌟 Jonas is driven by his personal motto to stay curious and always seek out new ideas. This curiosity fuels his ultimate goal: to have a Bosch Home Comfort Group plant nominated for the World Economic Forum's "Global Lighthouse Network" as one of the world's leading plants for automation.
